About the author
Roland Siebelink
Roland Siebelink has been in general management inside three fast-growing startups. Each time, the company grew from ten to a thousand employees in about three years.
Along the way he watched founders get stuck between two playbooks: early-stage chaos and corporate bureaucracy. Scaling Silicon Valley Style, which he wrote with Doug Miller, maps the path between them. Together, Roland and Doug have grown 11 startups from early stage to unicorn.
Today he runs the Midstage Accelerator, where he works with founders past product-market fit on one real breakthrough per quarter.
